PO Contact Rule
Now you can configure point of contact displayed on purchase orders.
Admins can configure whether a PO sent to the Supplier show’s contact information of the user requesting the order, or contact information they designate under the PO Contact rule.
1. Go to the Admin Dashboard.
2. Click on Company and go to Settings.
3. On the right side, you will find the PO contact field to enter the PO contact user you would like to add.
4. Select the user that will be the contact information for the POs sent.
Note: Only a single user can be set up as a PO Contact (can’t make a PO Contact a Group).
