Order & Inventory: Commenting and Tagging
Now you can tag, share an update, and send notifications to your team on orders and shipment through receipt.
From Order
- Go to Lab Manager Dashboard and go to Orders.
- Search for the Order number you want to update.
- View and add comments by typing @ and the team member name you want to tag for updates in Activity History on the right side of your order screen.
From Inventory
- Go to Lab Manager Dashboard and go to Inventory.
- Select the item ID you would like to update.
- Leave and view comments by typing @ and the team member you want to tag for updates in Activity History on inventory items.
Receive notification emails when you are tagged in Activity Comments. You will get an email with the following message:
