Add Comments
Solve or work on a shipment issue, and add comments for historical reference and communication.
- Go to Lab Manager Dashboard.
- Select Shipments.
- Go to Shipment History and click on Issues.
- Select the shipment ID you would like to comment on.
- Click on the item name, it will open a popup window, at the bottom right you will see the "Leave a comment" field.
- Type in your comment and click on Comment to send it and add it to the shipment item activity.
Edit or Delete a Comment
- Go to Lab Manager Dashboard.
- Select Shipments.
- Go to Shipment History and click on issues.
- Select the shipment ID you would like to edit or delete your comment on.
- Look for your name and click on the ellipsis (...) to open a little Menu where you can choose to edit or delete your comment.
Replying a comment on a shipment issue
- Go to Lab Manager Dashboard.
- Select Shipping and Receiving.
- Go to Shipment History and click on issues.
- Select the shipment ID you would like to reply to the comment on.
- Click on Reply, type in your comment, and click reply.
